Billable Hour Bonus
A w3r employee can earn non-taxable bonus when billing the predetermined monthly hours established. Holidays, vacations, personal time or any non-billable hours are excluded from billable bonus hour calculations. An employee must be employed at the time of payment to be eligible.
Internet Access Reimbursement
A w3r employee can receive a monthly reimbursement for their home Internet connection. Reimbursement payments will be made quarterly. To be eligible, an employee must be employed at the time of payment and provide internet connection statements.
Employee Referral Bonus
A w3r employee can earn a referral bonus for every employee referred to w3r that is hired and remains with the company for a minimum of 90 days. Bonus payments will be paid in the pay period after the referral has completed his/her 90 days of employment.
